 Foundations Class – Every 1st and 3rd week of the month.

5 WOD Workout of the Day: The best thing you could do to look good naked.
4 WOD/Trial Regular bodyweight class. Just as intense as the regular WODs but easy enough for beginners to follow.
3 Bootcamp/Trial Super Cardio workout minus the weights. Highly recommended for beginners or for those regulars that want to focus on conditioning.
1 Foundations Prepatory class for your WOD. This is required as we will teach you the proper technique and form to AVOID any injuries. You really need this class!
Open WOD Do anything in the gym that doesn’t fall under pornography. You can use this time to catch up on the WODs you missed.
