To do checklist:
1. Sign up on whiteboard, pay Php 250 at front desk, and join FB group CrossfitMNL Paleo Challenge
2. Do a WOD on Jan 19, Saturday. WOD will be announced on that day.
3. Read up on Paleo Sample-Branded-Paleo-Plan_Quickstart-Guide-and-Paleo-Challenge. Shop for your food and eat clean.
4. Take a pic of your weight and body fat % weekly and post on FB page.
MECHANICS:
1. Parter WOD. Partners will be assigned by Friday, Jan 18. You will be partnered with someone from you own box.
2. WOD & WEIGHT. There will be a weigh in and WOD at the beginning of the Challenge (Sat. Jan. 19). Take a picture of WOD times, Weight, Body Fat % and post on FB Group CrossfitMNL Paleo Challenge.
3. Earn points by:
a. Getting the fastest TOTAL time on the Check-in WOD on Jan. 19, Saturday.
b. Weekly checkin of weight and body fat % change. Your points will be based on your rank vs other teams in the challenge. Pls take a picture of your weekly weight, and body fat % and post on FB Group CrossfitMNL Paleo Challenge.
c. Point differential on the final TOTAL WOD time vs Check-in WOD.
4. You will compete against teams from other box
5. Pay fee of 250 to Reception Desk
5. Prize is One Month FREE Membership.
